calendarThis may fall under the category of ‘duh’, but here’s a simple nugget that I find extremely useful. I work with Marketing Managers globally and sometimes it’s a bit of a task trying to recall everyone’s time zones when scheduling meetings and such. I’ve tried desktop widgets for World Clocks, but those haven’t worked all that well. However, in Microsoft Outlook’s Calendar, you can right-mouse click in the time of day area and rename your time zone and add another. I’ve chosen Paris, as the time difference between our various European offices is nominal. This has helped me and hopefully it’ll help you as well!
